DESCRIPTION:The River Falls Public Library is pleased to announce its upcoming exhibit\, Touched by War". Dates for this exhibit are August 25 -September 22\, 2012\, with a public reception on Saturday\, August 25th from 1-3pm. \n\n                The exhibit features art and poetry by veterans and others impacted by war\, artifacts and images from the River Falls' American Legion\, and additional items displayed by local collector\, Jere Sears.\n\n\n\nTwo programs related to the exhibit are as follows: Open Mic Poetry and Storytelling by Vets & Others (all welcome) on Thursday\, September 13\, at 7pm\; and a book discussion with local author Bernie Abrahamson about his book\, /*The Other American Heroes of WWII*/\, on Thursday\, September 20\, at 7pm. \n\n\n\nClick here for flyer
