DESCRIPTION:Three well-known Minnesota mystery writers will be crossing the St. Croix River under cover of darkness tonight as the "Minnesota Crime Wave" hits River Falls. William Kent Krueger\, Ellen Hart\, and Carl Brookins plan to be in the vicinity to talk about their own writing as well as their group endeavors. Their newest anthology "Resort to Murder" will be released this month and contains 13 mystery stories by Minnesota authors. The trio has been charged with producing the 2005 "Silence of the Loons" anthology too. All three are prolific mystery writers in their own right\, with many titles to their credit. They will have books for sale and signing available that evening.
