Scot Simpson served as the City Administrator for Lancaster\, WI (pop. 4000) for 5 years.  Prior to that he worked in various positions for the City of Janesville and Waukesha County.  Scot is a graduate of Carroll College and Northern illinois University\, having obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA).  Scot is the 2008 international City/County Management Association (ICMA) award winner for program excellence for cities under 15\,000 in population.
