She was introduced to restorative justice in 1998 and is now a blogger\, professor\, advocate\, trainer and facilitator of the process. SCVRJP began in 2001 and has grown from serving 35 people annually to 3\,000. SCVRJP was named the 2007 small business of the year by the River Falls Chamber.
